Vintage Antique Night Stick Billy Club Slap Jack

Vintage billy club.  Body is leather wrapped and weighted with a tightly wrapped handle in what looks like wicker which has a couple chips in it.  The bottom end has a metal swivel that would receive a leather wrist cord, of which remnants remain.  Measures 10" long, about 1 1/4" diameter.  Real neat piece!
